What to invest in – Supply & demand, risk-return, risk-free rate, shares, managed funds, different share listed options etc. (ETFs, LICs, LITs, hybrids, bonds, IPOs, warrants, derivatives, mFunds), indexes (foreign & domestic), stock exchanges. Alternative investments, property, commodities, precious metals, investment bonds, cryptocurrencies.

Asset allocation – What should I be investing in? Fixed interest, property, equities (domestic & international), cash, infrastructure.

Investment vehicles – Joint names, trusts, companies, superannuation (defined contribution & defined benefit) & pensions. Stockbrokers, financial planners, real estate agents.

Issues with investing – Risk, returns, tax, liquidity, inflation, longevity, legislation, price movement, dark pools, algorithms.

How to analyse an investment – News, research, charts, experience, luck.
